PR #645 introduced updated dependency analysis for RPM autogeneration that was used to rebuild current default compiler variant packages in the v1.3.4 release. To better support upgrades for systems that were installed from original v1.3 release, rebuild the previous gcc5 variant packages to get the updated dependencies for consistency.

Rebuilds complete. We are now able to perform standard package manager upgrades in environments that had previous gcc5 variants installed.
