When using a G Suite Business account and restricting API access for your end users, you'll need to whitelist this application and the API scopes that it uses.

Go into your Admin Console -> Security -> Advanced -> Manage API client access and add a new entry.

The Client Name (which defaults to a hardcoded value) is 354790962074-7rrlnuanmamgg1i4feed12dpuq871bvd.apps.googleusercontent.com

The API Scopes needed are: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.apps.readonly, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.metadata, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.metadata.readonly, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.scripts
