Initial release

This release comprises an initial candidate (alpha-1) schema for IEC 61400-16 Standard format for sharing power curves and associated information.

This schema candidate is subject to revision during formal IEC review proceedings. Subsequent candidates (incorporating suggested revisions) will be numbered sequentially (alpha-2, alpha-3 and so on). On publication of the standard, the candidate suffix (alpha-x) will be dropped, with the repository tagged at 1.0.0. At that point, the schema will be published to a schema repository for permanent hosting.
