更新 zotero-plugin-toolkit ，修复菜单没有 icon 的问题。windingwind/zotero-plugin-toolkit#24 / fix: menu icon do not show.

此版本为本插件兼容 Zotero 6 的最后一个版本，下一版本起（^1.0.0）将仅兼容 Zotero 7。
本插件已经停止对 Zotero 6 的维护，故不再接受 0.4.4 及以下版本的错误反馈。
该版本发布已有数月，若干新特性是新版本添加的，请查阅变更日志了解详情。
