Adds a roadmap

Thank you Jens for drafting the roadmap!

I think it is very good starting point and we should really try to implement the phases of the commercial roadmap!

May I suggest that we additionally add a "Community Roadmap" or "Community involvement":

• Our roadmap and history in presenting NIR to the community like the ONM talk, NICE tutorial, and maybe also NIR tutorials in the neuromorphic workshops (Telluride and Capocaccia)
• we plan to improve our documentation and examples (self-contained), so that an onboarding of new users and developers is easy
• Mention the discord channel for people to get involved or need help
• maybe: ONM hackathon sessions
• Potential integration of NIR for NeuroBench systems track.

I think that's an excellent suggestion! Although, I wonder whether it makes sense to make it a bit less "formal" and just straight-up list all the community events for people to engage with / revisit?

I added a separate page (Community events) as a suggestion. I also linked to it in the roadmap with some catchy text that explains our community commitment. What do you think @bvogginger ?
