Improvements in serial device detection #218

Description

  • On fatal communication errors the device is now forced to disconnect.
  • Add try/catch on close device to catch Interop exceptions.
  • Add 1 second wait for arriving devices before attempting communication.
  • Remove second attempt to communicate with device.
  • Remove misleading output message about device invalid base.
  • Bump version to 1.9.0-preview.

Motivation and Context

  • Improve device detection.
  • Improve stability of the component.
  • Code quality improvements.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • WPF test app.
