v2.5.4: improve precision of unlocked values

* input trim and make-up gain: 0.2 dB (in a few cases, values can differ by 0.1 dB from old projects and presets) * release time: 0.1 ms for small values (allows fine-tuning of distortion effects) * customize Jack daemon client name * drop support for LV2 (sorry, it's just too much hassle) * minor fixes and improvements * update JUCE framework and libraries * update manual
