v1.0: IGRINS_transit

IGRINS_transit is a pipeline to take high-resolution observations of transiting exoplanets with Gemini-S/IGRINS and produce cross-correlation detections of molecules in the exoplanet's atmosphere. This version of the code was first published in Mansfield et al. (2024).
