What type of PR is this?
What this PR does / why we need it:
Fix the error, where the "New Meal Plan" modal would show "No Data available" for the recipe selection. Showing the first 20 alphabetical results is probably not ideal either, but it should clear up the confusion that something is going wrong here and hopefully lead users to actually enter a search term

Just tried it myself. Change should is small enough that it really shouldnt affect anything else
