mases.jnet was not updated due to an error in workflow. A newer version of JNet ecosystem will be released soon to solve this issue.

Seems the problem is well-known: NuGet/Home#12227 and dotnet/runtime#13648 😕.
Meanwhile the above issues are solved, the container will be targeted to .NET 6 only (the one used in previous release)
