This is the 2nd release candidate for Mailpile 1.0.0.

This release is mostly about fixing bugs.

The main new features is a top level Settings page, including sub-pages for configuring preferences and plugins. Some features that used to be enabled by default (such as keyboard shortcuts) are now disabled until the user switches them on using the above.
