Bump to kernel 6.1.106. The swap file is now located at /swapfile instead of /var/swapfile.

This build was done on my Pinebook Pro to test building on arm64. It took 2 hours 39 minutes, compared to about 20 minutes on my main PC. The poor RK3399 doesn't seem cut out for this work, but building on arm for arm seemed appropriate. 😆

Bump to kernel 6.1.103. systemd-firstboot is now used for setup, rather than a custom /sbin/init script. As a result, you are instead prompted to set a root password rather than create a user account.

Major refactoring of the build process!

• Package setup is now completed during the build process.
• Consequently, first boot time is now under 5 minutes (down from 25 minutes). 🥳
• Switched to a disk image to simplify installation. Windows users are now welcome.
• Combined upgrade package, replacing the separate boot and modules files.
• Now using dropbear instead of openssh-server due to performance.
