I'm not sure we should be including JAWS files. Aren't these mappings defined somewhere in a document?

As far as I know they're not defined anywhere else. That's why I uploaded them initially, and there's significant changes in this newer version.

But I'll ask Lars if he knows about any proper documentation. I agree that would be better.
