• Reconstructed the truth set with a very different pipeline on top of minimap2. The previous version used BWA-MEM for mapping.

• Used FermiKit to identify likely consensus errors on PacBio contigs. 1bp deletions are available for evaluation. This introduces biases towards FermiKit unfortunately.

• Added rtg-tools to the download package. The new truth data is compatible with RTG's vcfeval.

• The truth set is now fully phased and contains long insertions and deletions up to 20kb in length. Note that minimap2 may miss some long indels and exclude them from the confident regions.
