Done some work for issue #7 and #9

simple logo for installer.to and also simple brand design for what to do what not to do.
Symbol(Logo), two down arrows head represent the "download or something installing to a computer"
Primary color - #0077EE1
Secondary color - #9B9B9B
Dark mode - #1C1C1C

Completely Mobile friendly responsive simple website for documentation purposes to use as installer primary website.

** Used libraries -**

  1. Bootstrap 3.3 for the responsive purpose.
  2. JQuery
  3. Waypoints
  4. JQuery flex-slider
  5. line-awesome as the icon lib
  6. animate.css
    etc..

Important
Contend need to be added.

change the logo with bold and sharped font. also added new small brand page and assets folder
