    I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
    This PR addresses the issue of GitHub Actions failing due to the absence of the go-gitlint tool. The commit-msg hook script was modified to ensure that the go-gitlint tool is correctly installed and executed.

Changes were made in the scripts/githooks/commit-msg file. The script now includes commands to download and install the go-gitlint tool. Additionally, the error message has been made more descriptive to provide better feedback in case of failure. The go-gitlint tool is now only executed if it was installed successfully.

Summary of Changes

  • Added commands to download and install the go-gitlint tool in the scripts/githooks/commit-msg script.
  • Modified the error message in the scripts/githooks/commit-msg script to provide more detailed feedback.
  • Added an else clause to the if statement that checks if the go-gitlint tool was installed successfully. The tool is now only executed if it was installed successfully.
