by default gomod clones the dependencies as readonly preventing their deletion by the existing `rm -rf` command this commit adds a step in clean to use the intended go clean -modcache command.
This commit implements the newly merged CNI runtime config parameter. If present it will use it as the GUID value to set for the given VF.
