By default, pump data is uploaded to Tandem's servers every hour, but with tconnectpatcher the frequency can be brought down to **as low as every five minutes**! This allows for nearly real-time (albeit not fully instantaneous) pump data updates, almost like your pump uploads data directly to Nightscout!
