In this PR:

  • Drop Python 3.10.9 support, set Python 3.11 as default.
  • Test both Python 3.11 and 3.12 in CI.
  • Require Django < 5, which will default to Django 4.2, a LTS release supported until 2026.
  • Free many other dependencies.

I think it is enough that we build docs once with one of the Python version
