  1. build: Bump go to version 1.12.1 

    go has changed the way it computes checksums, bump the latest go version so we don't encounter:

verifying github.com/google/flatbuffers@v1.10.0: checksum mismatch
	downloaded: h1:wHCM5N1xsJ3VwePcIpVqnmjAqRXlR44gv4hpGi+/LIw=
