Seems that ghrs-data/forks.csv is not generated or could not be found.

@FrankWPA just to confirm: was this really fatal for the action run? (Did the action run fail?)

Yes, i tried a few times and couldn't get it working

entrypoint.sh: tolerate git add failure (issue #49)

analyze.py may not create forks.csv and/or
stargazers.csv if there is no time series data.

`git add` would previously exit non-zero and
therefore crash the entire script.
