Make naming consistent

There are a variety of conventions in use for the naming of this plugin, including "TextFinder", "Text-finder", "Jenkins Text Finder", etc.

Per the naming conventions section of the Jenkins plugin developer documentation:

Including Jenkins or Plugin in the name to indicate that it is a plugin for Jenkins is redundant and discouraged, and these terms may be stripped from the name in some cases to ensure consistency in lists, and to shorten the name.

Here we standardize on "Text Finder".
