Sorry @Kubuxu -- i didnt see #760 (comment) as I was out during that time. No we should not remove this, actually. People rely on it already, and we do not break user space. Certainly not unexpectedly either. We do not know who is using this. we cannot -- in one action -- update all DNS records written this way to ensure everything continues working smoothly. |
