Add checkboxes for copying authors and subjects to new work

Testing

On gitpod/codespaces, edit an edition of OL54120W:

1. Set the work field to "new work", and leave things unchecked. A new work is created with no authors or subjects
2. Set the work field to "new work", and check authors. A new work is created with the Mark Twain
3. Set the work field to "new work", and check authors and subjects. A new works is create with Mark Twain + same subjects.
