Thanks for the quick turnaround! Looking at the telegraf release dates it appears its about once a month. Is 1.13.0 about a month away? I'd love to start using this.

We actually do feature releases only every 3 months, 1.13.0 is expected near the beginning of December. If you are feeling lucky you can try one of the nightly builds though.
