Complete overhaul of the previous Project+ Stream Tool

This update completely overhauls the previous stream tool, bringing in new features such as a bracket scene, revamped overlays, profile saving, and much more!

Additionally, this tool is up to date with Project+ v2.5.2's costume lineup.

The previous versions of the Project+ Stream Tool are still available for download on the page's public archive
