autocorrect 2.9.3 未构建 GNU Linux 工具链版本

另一个附带的问题是：这里安装脚本在安装失败时仍然会返回成功。

我在本地测试 nightly 使用 cross 会出现一样的错误，而直接用 cargo 编译就没有问题。

可能和 cross-rs/cross#1496 有关。
