The LUIS service, part of the Cognitive Services suite by Microsoft, aids us with the task of natural language processing.

The main goal of this PR, is to illustrate how to integrate LUIS with the lovely botkit.

Thank you for this PR.

This is a useful addition to the documentation, but I don't think it belongs in readme-slack.md.

It either belongs in the main readme, or in a new readme that is dedicated to talking about the various middlewares that are available.

Thoughts?

Hi @benbrown

I think that using a new readme that is dedicated to talking about the various middlewares is a greate idea.

Today we have a lot of middlewares : Microsoft luis, Wit.ai and Api.ai

I will update this PR and create a new file called : readme-middlewares.md
