With this change, glob-stream will no longer support ordered negation (each negative glob will apply to every positive glob). This is a large departure from gulp semantics, but I think it is better to align all our globbing and require users to combine src streams with ordered-read-stream if they need this.

This sets us up for replacing node-glob with anymatch to align with chokidar globbing.

In a future PR, I'll be streamlining the positive globs so they aren't applied in order either.
