  2. getDeclarationsInSourceOrder: use AA for companion objects 

    Members of companion objects can be compiled into ContainingClass.class
and ContainingClass$Companion.class. Therefore, the total ordering is
not recoverable from class files only.

KSP1's behavior is left unchanged.
