* REBRANDING - NOT TO MERGE UNTIL ANNOUNCEMENT

This PR rebrands all mentions to GnosisDAO, Gnosis, Gnosis Protocol or GPv2 to CoW Protocol & CowDAO.

* Fix code style issues with Prettier

* escape apostrophe
