Thanks so much, @gillkyle! I added a section for the plugin/theme instructions, and I'll follow up with the etsy source plugin contributor for them to get Hacktoberfest credit.

Description
Added Marcy's pinned issue as a blog post, the only differences were adding a few links back to GitHub from the text where they seemed to make sense.
