Applies SQL syntax highlighting in shell scripts if the SQL
code is within a heredoc:

Example
-------

    mysql -usomeUser -p <<SQL
        use mydb;
        truncate mytable;
        insert into mytable values (1, 2, 3);
        show warnings;
    SQL

Installation
------------

Add to .vimrc

    Plug 'gamaut/bash-heredoc-sql.vim'
