docs: use ts for TypeScript code blocks #1290

Syntax highlighting of code blocks in the check-template-names rule is bad because js is defined, but the code is TypeScript.

Since our blocks are auto-generated, and because I know we have other TS blocks, I have added another commit to always use ts as I presume it will handle JavaScript fine. If you see any issues, please let us know.
