Paper cut

A paper cut is a usability bug that is easy to fix and that most user would encounter when they use Fritzing.

• Default zoom is either too big or too small. Issue #2213
• Rotating a part rotates its label in the schematic view. Issue #684
• Trace width defaults to 24 mil instead of last trace width. Issue #2398
• Added parts are randomly placed in the schematic view. Issue #188
