FAWLTS is an NGO that bridges the gap between schools and the job market, helping students understand what they want to do when they grow up and equipping them with critical cross-disciplinary skills, ultimately contributing to reduce the incidence of NEET among under 30s. We do this by supporting the establishment and growth of Alumni Communities around their former high schools.
- Building Communities - create local communities to connect alumni and students from the same school.
- Jobs Days - one-day fairs where alumni share details about their job and their working career.
- Schools of Startup, Sustainability and Technology - structured programs which lasts from 3 to 6 moths, taught by young professionals.
We are currently looking for engineers to work pro bono for building up the FAWLTS Platform!
- Frontend Engineer - work on our presentation layer with HTML, CSS and ReactJS
- Backend Engineer - help us designing our API, using NestJS, GraphQL and MongoDB
- DevOps Engineer - create CI/CD workflows and design and improve our K8s infrastructure
