OpenAI GPT-2 playground. Few modifications added to legacy 117M source code,

1. support latest 345M model
2. output text wrapping to avoid hotizontal scrolling in Colab due to very long text strings.

Quickstart

Open GPT2_345M.ipynb and click open in colab. Run cells from top to down.
