Management UI - View/Edit user page

Is your feature request related to a specific problem?

As an admin user, I'd like to be able to view and edit individual user information

Describe the solution you'd like

Pretty much the same structurally as the add page, but the "view" page should not allow for editing (disabled input states). These will only be able to be edited by clicking an "Edit" button
