This PR aims to improve the documentation of the recover code for 7594.
This originated from trying to explain the code to someone and noticing that some of the notation in the comment was not correct. For example, we never actually recover
E*Zin coefficient form, justP*Z, which has a smaller degree and is actually what we want. Also, E was not defined.
