Yeah, if you throw the urllib3 requirement out of the requirements.txt it should work (?), you just have to install checkerlib manually until @domenukk pushes a fix. CI all around the world broke because of this, dependencies are evil :) |

I also had trouble with building on Ubuntu 16.04.
