This is a presence driver for the NinjaBlocks client that tells you when Bluetooth LE devices are nearby.
By default there is a 1min timeout but this will be configurable through the NinjaBlocks dashboard later.
It is built on top of https://github.com/sandeepmistry/noble which supports Linux and OSX
