I was thinking just trial for now. I don't think the basic tests will look that different but happy to add more if you think that's important.

I think we should add a test where a user with permissions only to space 1 cannot create a case to space2

Do you think it doesn't make sense to test subcases or the case connector as they are disabled?

I chatted with Xavier and he recommended not spending time implementing the RBAC for case connector because we aren't able to test the behavior without changes to the actions framework and we haven't completed the case as a connector feature. So I think it's probably ok to not test them here.

This PR adds integration tests for the case when the security plugin is disabled but the spaces plugin is still enabled. The tests are a small subset of the tests performed in the
security_and_spacesdirectory. The tests mainly just test that basic operation on the cases APIs work when a specific space is specified and in some tests ensure that specifying a different space when performing a get, find, update, delete fails.I initial thought about generalizing all the
security_and_spaces/commontests but discussed this with Xavier and decided to stick with just copying the simple case instead of refactoring everything to accept a space as a parameter.
