As part of moving the snapshot docs out of the Elasticsearch "modules" section, it's necessary to break the topics out to separate pages. This PR updates the cross doc links to point to the new pages.
NOTE: Kibana itself also deep links into the snapshot-restore topics. The links should be updated for 7.6. In the meantime, they will fall back to the main snapshot-restore topic. I'll open an issue to track the necessary changes.
