[APM] Reduce the number of x-axis ticks on the charts

The amount of ticks in various time ranges selected are not pretty. We previously made an effort in reducing the number of ticks.

Possible solution

As described by @markov00 in the comment below;

could you please specify if you have tried to change the ticks parameter of the X axis of the chart? changing it to 5 or 7 can probably fix your issue

and the linked elastic-charts issue doesn't seems to be the right one, probably you are referring to elastic/elastic-charts#929

@markov00 Thanks for the heads up! We'll give it a shot with changing the ticks value on the x-axis to see how it remedies the issue we were seeing 👍
