I'm marking PR #5143 as done with respect to docs because I don't think it's a doc-affecting issue, just a minor UI tweak. Timezone support, highlighting disabling, and multiple CA support are all handled in Advanced Settings, which i'm adding in an upcoming PR.

Since this was a collection of fairly minor stuff, rolled it all into a single PR, #5465.
