Describe the feature:
Documentation for api/kibana/settings/ REST API is currently missing at https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/index.html .
Only https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/advanced-options.html is available and it describes how to update a setting from the Kibana UI.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
If we can add docs about the api/kibana/settings API it would be great.
In my case I want to consume this API to configure the kibana instance via REST after startup.
