The path for Timelines doesn't work if a Timeline Template is open

Preconditions

1. Elastic 7.13.0 environment should be deployed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Timeline Tab under the Security
2. Go to the Templates Tab & open any template
3. Click on the Timeline from the path on the top left and observe the page refreshes and comes back to Timeline template after flashing the timeline tab for a few seconds

Yeah looks like we're not closing the currently open timeline or template when a user clicks on the breadcrumb to go back to the Timeline page.

We validated this issue on the 7.14.0-BC4 build and found that the ticket is fixed.
