ci: launch test workflow also on release and bugfix branches

What this PR changes/adds

Launches test.yaml workflow also on release/* and bugfix/*

Why it does that

Briefly state why the change was necessary.

Further notes

• unify "verify" checks only the same workflow
• remove "upload test results" and "coverage" stuff
• remove old release wf and add the new updated technology-* release workflows
