Toolbox for mexIPOPT

To install IPOPT mex interface open IPOPT-toolbox.mltbx inside MATLAB.
The toolbox contains mex precompiled for OSX/LINUX/WINDOWS. If you have a different OS
or something is not working you can recompile mex by using CompileIpoptMexLib by command line.
ATTENTION: CompileIpoptMexLib work only if you have an installed working version of IPOPT library.
