Release to hopefully fix the gnome not responding dialog

Will add a freebsd binary prob next release, I don't have everything set up to build on there

Added live config file support

Will probably only work on a few distros, because of changes with fftw3 sadly breaking cmake.

First FreeBSD release!!

This release contains the first official FreeBSD binary release and a new Linux release(glibc) containing every change I've made since the last one.
